Cowboy Club Announces Holiday Menu and Christmas Eve Dinner Special

Cowboy Club invites diners to get in the holiday spirit with a special “Tis the Season” menu designed to help guests “eat, drink and be merry” well into the New Year. Diners can enjoy the following seasonal specials all day long through Sunday, January 3, 2021: EAT — Christmas Roast Sandwich featuring thinly shaved prime rib, sauteed mushrooms, horseradish aioli and au jus, $18 DRINK — Snowstorm Margarita with thyme-infused tequila, orange liqueur, coconut milk, white cranberry juice and cranberry, $12 Spiced Silver Bells made with local Copper City bourbon, spiced apple cider, winter spices, lime and orange peels, $12 BE MERRY — Santa’s Cookies and Milk special includes a trio of house made chocolate chip cookies with a cold glass of milk just like jolly Old Saint Nick likes it! $8 On Thursday, December 24 (otherwise known as Christmas Eve), the Cowboy Club is offering the following specials: Braised Colorado Lamb Shank with creamy white polenta, asiago cheese, roasted baby heirloom carrots and Fines herbs, $32 Chocolate-Pecan Bread Pudding with cinnamon ice cream, $9 Guests can have a cup of cheer to complete their Christmas Eve feast with Vineum Cellars Petite Sirah for $9 per glass or Warre’s Otima Tawny 10-Year Port for $8 per glass.
